Automated CIP System / Ingredient Dosing / Electricial & Control System / Cream Preheating

CIP (Clean in Place) is a system designed to clean equipment without the need to dismantle items from the production unit. The CIP System offered by Dairy Solutions, while offered as a modular skid mounted unit is designed to be positioned alongside the Continuous Churn and integrated within the production pipeline requirements of the churn, including both pumps and valving. These systems are PLC (Program Logic Controlled) and have multiple cleaning cycles dependent upon equipment usage and design. All CIP systems require steam, water and air etc. A CIP system offers the ability for reduced labor; are faster and more efficient and therefore reduce cleaning costs.

Ingredient Dosing is a skid mounted modular unit designed to be positioned alongside the working section of the Continuous Churn. This unit offers the ability to precisely dose ingredients such as Salt slurry, water, culture, oils or lactic acid directly into the butter stream of the working section. This system may be integrated directly with the PLC of the Continuous Churn to automatically alter the dosing requirements based on the production flow of the churn.

Electrical & Control System Dairy Solutions International offer a complete electrical and control system with their Continuous Churns or as a retro fit or upgrade to existing churns. This system includes a complete MCC (Motor Control Center, PLC and pneumatic valving) for the complete function / operation of the Continuous Churn.

Cream Preheating is a skid mounted modular unit designed to preheat the cream post crystallizing silo and prior to the churning section of the Continuous Churn. This unit can be either offered as a stand alone unit for existing churns or can be integrated within a the supply of a new Dairy Solutions International Continuous Churn. This unit automatically adjusts the temperature of the cream based on the operators requirements.
